On September 22nd, Stambecco will teach an advanced experiential Inner Harmonization course. Below are some of his thoughts on Inner Harmonization from the book which he wrote the forward to.

Inner harmonization originally known as meditative harmonization, when first taught by Falco, is a technique to explore ourselves that goes beyond us and propels us towards the knowledge of the essence of life in the universe. It aims to enhance the magical three-dimensional design of the human being, ensuring that all its physical and subtle components are activated, that its perceptions stabilize its existence in form, that its word and thought have the power to create and its connections with others are rich and enriching.

For those who seek inner peace and the awakening of their inner divinity, this is a path to enlightenment; for those who seek to balance their chakras and cleanse their auras this is a Western yoga.

We are on the threshold of a new era, the Age of Aquarius, in which every result, every principle, will depend strictly on the interpretation we give it. These are years in which the paradigm of human spirituality is being rewritten: it is time to give meaning to things and to actions, to feelings and perceptions, to manifest our will to live life as an expression of evolutionary intelligence.

A Season of Reflection

With the arrival of autumn comes a period of reflection and contemplation. During this season, we are called upon to recognize our accomplishments over the past year and make plans for the future.

As we look back, we can take stock of how far we have come as individuals, how far we have grown as a society, and how much progress has been made toward achieving our goals. At this pivotal point in time, we must pause and give thanks for all that we have achieved so far.

Appreciating The Harvest

Harvest is a major theme during this period as crops ripen and are ready for picking. On one level, harvest gives us sustenance, such as food on the table and income, but it also symbolizes abundance in other forms.
